Our inflatables can be set up on grass, which is preferred, concrete, asphalt, and indoor gymnasiums. Please let us know the type of surface at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly and ensure safe installation.

Yes, we provide delivery, setup, and take down of all rentals. Our team will ensure that everything is safely installed and ready for use well before your event starts.

We understand plans can change. For cancellations, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled event for a full refund. Cancellations due to inclement weather can be made up to the morning of the event.

Yes, you will need a standard 110V outlet within 100 feet of the setup area. For locations where power is not available, we offer generator rentals for an additional fee.

Yes, adults can enjoy most of our inflatables as long as they meet the specific safety guidelines and weight limits provided for each unit. Our goal is to provide fun for the entire family!
